I had a 5-star review first time here, with negative response with the front desk. My second massage with a different person, was less than a professional experience. It was like someone making up the massage as they went along, it seem like the person wasn't sure what they were trying to do other than pushing pressure spots. I will give it one more time paying full price for another person, and if it doesn't go well I'll go back to the first or move on.

I’ve always had a great experience here. The front desk is always nice and my masseuse, Daniel, is amazing. Please ask for him if you want a great massage, he knows what he’s doing and I’ve gotten several of my friends hooked on going to him.
This was my first visit. My massage room was quite cold. I told them, but nothing changed. On the paperwork that I filled out, I clearly wrote that I had asthma and did not tolerate perfumes or odors. My massage room had some kind of scent in it and my nose quickly became totally plugged up and I had to breathe through my mouth. I told them, but nothing changed. I also said which body part I wanted focused on for my massage. Again, I was ignored and they massaged what they wanted. I will not be back and will not recommend to anyone. This is a cookie cutter place. They could care less about the individual paying customer.
I've gone to massage envy for years and absolutely love having my membership. I recently moved from out of state and started coming to this location, and I'm extremely happy! Not sure why a few reviews mention bad customer service.. I always feel that the customer service is great here. And my therapist, Aaron, is the best. I am an athlete and tend to "break myself" in the gym quite often haha.. but he always fixes me up when I come in, and I always leave feeling like a million bucks. Thanks, M.E.!!! :)
I used to go to this place and would recommend it, until I went this week and was covered in bed bug bites 24 hours later. I contacted the manager and have yet to hear back about receiving a refund.
